The attention of the Kwara State Commissioner for Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Community Development, Arc. Aliyu Mohammad Saifuddeen has been drawn to a story with the above caption, which is currently in circulation and wish to confirm that the story does not emanate from both the Commissioner and the Ministry.
To put the records straight, I wish to confirm to members of the general public that there was never a time that Arc. Saifuddeen issued such a reckless statement and therefore condemned in totality those enemies of progress who have credited such to Him or the Ministry
The Commissioner in a statement, issued by the Press Secretary of the Ministry, Oba Azeez described the scandalous story as pure imagination of the writer(s).
He said the intent of the people behind this fake news was to discredit these party leaders, who had contributed immensely to the enthronement of the present administration in the state.
Arc. Saifuddeen disclosed that the present administration under the leadership of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and the party stakeholders have been working assiduously to better the lives of Kwarans.
He, however, condemned the author(s) of the fake story for impersonating him and the Ministry while calling on the good people of the state to disregard the story in its entirety.
